How WLBT Works
We meet weekly at local venues across West Coast - 07:45–10:00
- 07:45–08:15 — Coffee, meet & greet.
- 08:15 — 90‑second member introductions.
- Talks — One or two short member presentations.
- Discussion & Breakfast — Around 09:15 we start breakfast and open the floor.
1‑Minute Intro (Meeting Format)
Each member gets exactly one minute:
- Your Name
- Your Business
- Ideal Client
- Your Ask (what you need right now)
Attendance
Consistency builds trust and opportunities.
- Attend 2 in‑person meetings + 1 online per month.
- Arrive on time and stay until all presentations are done.
- Bring at least 1 guest per month if possible.
Membership & Fees
Paid membership unlocks community access & benefits.
- Represent your primary West Coast business or profession.
- Monthly membership: R100 per business.
- Active members may deliver extended presentations.
- Access to member database, WhatsApp groups, and events.
Referrals & Local Growth
Keep work on the Weskus and support fellow members.
- Refer within the group when you can’t assist a client.
- Use and promote the up‑to‑date member database.
- Share qualified, useful referrals where possible.
Conduct & Posting
Professional, inclusive, bilingual community.
- No political or religious posts or speeches.
- No spam — promotion limited to one post per week.
- Bilingual: Afrikaans or English welcome.
- Respectful tone, collaborative mindset.
